Berlin Transportation automates, improves transportation services

Berlin Transportation continues to expand and improve operations through its recent agreement with BestTransport, Inc. of Columbus, Ohio. The partnership was forged at the User’s Conference hosted by BestTransport in October.
Founded in 1999, BestTransport, Inc. is the leading provider of a web-based transportation management system. BestTransport connects to more than 3,000 shippers and carriers nationwide offering on-demand services to help clients manage, execute and settle inbound and outbound freight activities.
At Berlin Transportation, we are taking another step to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction. “In the transportation business, it’s important to employ industry best practices to effectively manage freight and costs,” said Berlin Transportation President Tom Wengerd. “The new online system is a quantum leap toward improving transportation services for the customers we serve.”
